The team spent the day Sunday baptizing more people into the kingdom. This is always the highlight of the trip, seeing people come to Jesus. After that they climbed up the last mountain on this trip and spent the night in the village there. They woke up this morning and journeyed back down. Pastor Kyle got to talk to the mayor today and was encouraged by his support for what TFP is doing there. The team finishes up their mission tomorrow and will fly back home. They will arrive about 4 pm. Please continue to pray!

The team began day three of their mission trip with waking up at 8 am and going to the local market where they spent some time browsing and shopping. From there they went on a two hour drive up into the mountains where they visited a village called "White Rock". It was an amazing time spent with precious people! Pastor Ken from Christian Brothers Automotive spoke to the people as Cassie translated. The team came back to home base and prepared for the dedication service for the land. There were over 100 people who attended the service at the "Big House". Pastor Kyle and Pastor Edwin spoke and Pastor Lori translated. It was a special and moving time as the team and the people of Guatemala prayed and thanked the Lord for all He has done and continues to do in each of their lives! More updates to come!

The team woke up around 8am today to eat breakfast and pray together. Then they went to the first church which was an hour and a half drive and a 3 hour hike up the mountains. At one point they had to take off their shoes and cross a river that was knee deep! The team had an amazing service with the people of the first church. Pastor Kyle, Pastor Edwin, and Pastor Mac encouraged the church with Cassie translating for the first time! They came back and took the team and over 20 kids to go see a spot where the Mayan Ruins (old pyramids) are. Then they took all 20 kids to go have ice cream! They are now back and resting! Please continue to keep them in your prayers! More updates tomorrow!

The team had a good flight and arrived safely in Canilla this afternoon! After unpacking and having lunch, they visited the grave site of Rosco, the man who began this vision in Guatemala. Later in the day they signed the papers for and prayed over the land that The Forgotten People Compound will be built on. Now after dinner it's time for a good nights sleep! More updates tomorrow! Thank you for praying for our team!
